I am a lawyer, law professor (@UOttawa) specializing in immigration, refugee and citizenship law.

I am also an emerging writer. My debut novel, DANDELION, will be published in Spring 2020 by Arsenal Pulp Press.

I'll be writing in this blog about immigration, refugee and statelessness/citizenship issues, as well as my reading and writing interests.
